Challenge/Concern:

To support a company that had been mis-treated by a competitor. To create a CD-ROM that could be used as a marketing piece for the company to promote exposure to the property and increase traffic to the venues.

Impact:

Video Media Productions needed to help this company after another company had left them high and dry without a product. The challenge was to create a product, communicate a comfort level for the relationship and to mend the feelings of uncertainty that they had towards completing this project. If not, the product would be undeveloped and the sales efforts would be impacted negatively.

Solution/Product:

Video Media Productions developed a CD-ROM that included all areas of service for their company. The CD automatically launched a humorous, creative, complete and visually pleasing display of art, graphics, text, photos and animation for the company’s marketing team. It included everything that a marketing campaign would consider. The CD-ROM was created, replicated, packaged and shipped within a timeframe that matched their “new” sales year requirements.

Benefit/Result:

The CD-ROM created a stir wherever the company presented their demonstration. The CD-ROM has been so successful, that every company that competes with them or does business with them is considering this form of communication and media for their business! The relationship between this company and Video Media has grown into a long-term partnership. Their fears were resolved immediately.
